I loved quiet and luxurious room in this hotel.

Everything was simply perfect. My room included satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe. The staff was exceptionally nice and fabulously friendly, offered amazing services. The location was marvellous and amazing - ease of access to Mont Blanc Bridge.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the lake front of a picturesque city. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the elegant decorations create a luxurious atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with attentive service and little touches that make you feel well taken care of. The restaurants, including Il Lago, offer excellent dining experiences, with delicious food and impeccable service. The breakfast is delicious and the spa facilities are top-notch.

breakfast in the room was sensational! also the spa area very relaxed with very good therapists. the japanese restaurant was excellent! the service was outstanding! we had celebrated our anniversary and they made the day very special for us!

but i found the room much too expensive for the old bathrooms and equipment. Rooms are rather sensitive, you could hear the child screaming in the next room.

The service in this hotel is unique, they organize almost everything you could wish for. There is no need to ask there, it is simply done quickly.

That basically hardly anyone speaks German.

The rooms are exquisite, with great views of Lake Geneva. The facilities, including the gym and pool, are in great condition. The front of house staff are friendly and approachable. We also enjoyed the fantastic location.

The welcome event at Four Seasons was truly impressive. We were greeted with champagne, sweets, fruits, and nuts, which made us feel so special. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to assist us. The housekeeping service was excellent, with our room being cleaned twice a day. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and with a wonderful view of Geneva Lake. The spa and relaxing areas, including the swimming pool and sauna, were amazing and added to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
